We require a non-refundable deposit to finalize your appointment. (Goes toward price of treatment, sans processing fees.) You can reschedule your appointment up to 1 time, no later than 2 days before your appointment date.

If you need to reschedule later than 2 days before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be made if you wish to rebook. If you did not follow the pre-care instructions for your service or ignored the health requirements before showing up to your appointment, you will be sent home and your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be made.

Clients who no-show or cancel their appointments without a 24-hour notice will get charged 100% of the service fee.
